It's Time to END the United States Department of (Propaganda) Education.
It is nothing more than an apparatus of govern-mental mind control.

MIND CONTROL
Dumb
and dumber
You hear it all the time; "kids today are so
stupid." The truth is that young
people only know what you teach them.
Children are blank canvases. It
is probably more accurate to say, that "children are gullible." They will trust the people whose care we put
them under, but only because they trust our judgment. We seem to trust the school system just
because we paid for it or because we had a good experience 30 years ago.
The truth is that if kids are stupid, it is because they
have stupid parents who don't pay attention to what their children are being
taught. (Ouch!) If we don't pay attention, then we really can't blame the
school system for teaching them whatever they choose to. We can't be shocked because they're teaching
them what they want them to believe. Ap-"parent"-ly,
we don't care enough about the content of what they are learning; simply proven
by the fact that we don't know what they are learning.
"Not-caring" is over!!! It has to end. The educational
SYSTEM has been co-opted by people with long-term agendas who want your
children to believe certain things, be they sexual, gender, race, economic,
religious, historical, etc... We can no
longer TRUST an educational institution that does not seek balance. This includes all of the institutions that
are funded by ideology. School systems
are less and less concerned with data and more and more concerned about
fanciful ideology, motivated by victimization and entitlement; often guised as fairness. The concept of "fairness" is an
illusion created by someone who felt victimized, cheated or entitled. Fairness does not exist in the universe; only
in the hearts of ideologues who want it to be real or who want to use
"lack of fairness" as a polarization and wedge issue.
"Have you ever heard the saying: The meek shall inherit
the Earth?" Maybe what the gospel
of Mathew was really suggesting is that the meek will be all that's left when
the ideologues and the power hungry governments of the world have their way;
perhaps it was more prophecy than conjecture.
I wouldn't worry though; you can trust a self-serving one-sided academia
and a selfless government not to manipulate their educational curriculum to
gain your child's allegiance. (Cough)
Consider this; having a populace that is meek, passive,
unarmed and dependent on the government to meet its needs is certainly a lot
easier to control. Saying "the cops
will take care of you" is the same tactic as giving them the same power to
guard your health. They tell us we don't
need guns, the cops will protect us then they attack the cops for abuse of
power. "Sheeple" are the
desired cash crop herd for governments of all types. Religion may be the opiate of the masses but
the minds of the people are the opiate of those who desire to hold power.
I am not sure if I wholeheartedly believe that people are
stupid, but I am 100% certain that people are under-educated, uninformed and
ill-informed. The uninformed citizen is
a new lemming being led to slaughter; a modern slave to the machine. In this context, "stupidity" is not
an inability to reason or an issue of function. Stupidity is knowing what you
should do, but not doing it. We can all
be stupid at times but few of us can afford it or desire the end result.
If we truly are all equal, then why is it that some segments
of our society chose not to self-educate?
I find it astounding that there are people in our society who say "I
don't follow politics." What
they're really admitting to is that they don't really pay attention to the
people who control their lives. This
trend should bother us all, especially in a society that rants for and craves individual
freedom.
Intellectually
retarded
Ah, the PC police are freaking out over the legitimate use
of the "retarded" word. There
are many wealthy people without college degrees, but none of them are
intellectually lazy. They have all
self-educated on some level. They have all demanded more from their lives than
just accepting the information that was being spoon fed to them by the
system.
There is a direct connection between self-educating and
success. All successful people push their
intellectual limits. It is my belief
that successful people are the exception to the rule; they have navigated
around the agendas of those in charge of information and they have refused to
go along to get along. It has literally
paid them dividends.
Why is it that some people never seek their own information
or truth? Why do some kids who have
intellectual ability grow up to be stupid people? The answer is simple; their parents are too lazy,
uniformed and unmotivated to better themselves so their children just model
that behavior. Either that or they were
so enabled by their parents that they became entitled, whinny brats that can
barely do their own laundry.
How do young innocent minds come to believe some of the
crazy things that they believe? Stop for
a minute and seriously think about that.
Who could have possibly made your teenage child think the way they
think? If it wasn't you it was someone
or something else. They didn't come up
with their beliefs on their own. If they
seem clueless, they're not. They were
just given a different set of clues than you were. Due to the high level of media saturation today,
it is safe to say that it came to them electronically; from a friend, in a 10 second
headline, meme or sound bite talking point.
NOT TRUSTED SOURCES.
Parents are supposed to be the providers and influencers of
their children's perspectives about life.
The school system is a self-serving entity of the government. They say they'll serve you, but they can't if
you are not informing them of what you want your children to be taught. Remember the "Pledge of Allegiance?" It was a pledge to follow and trust. The government is the only service provider
that we pay for that isn't held accountable for the quality of service they
provide. We don't hold them accountable
so they do what they want. We can't
blame the school system for doing what they want if we don't show an interest
in issues beyond lunch menus, bathroom labels and sports teams.
Getting
schooled
The biggest influences on modern learning today are quite
obvious when you take the time to think about them consciously. Who holds all the power when it comes to the dissemination
of information? The largest shareholders
of data and information about important life issues are the government, the
school system, the media, the family system and religion. It doesn't take much consideration to realize
which one of these entities is most prevalent in your life, your child's life
or in the lives of your neighbors.
One of these power brokers has constant contact with you,
one is always in your ear, one regulates you, one waits for you to turn to it
and the other is there from birth to death without a change in role. It's hard to tell which one is which. We could also argue that peer groups also
influence the thinking/learning process but the truth is that peer groups are
merely a reflection of the larger system; an echo. What if the peers are bullies?
I want you to use your critical thinking brain again. Why is it so easy to get an education
today? Who else benefits from the
education that people receive? This will
sound a little "conspiracy theory-ish" but the most obvious answer is
often the right one. The
government! Dismissing this truth by
saying "it is too simple" doesn't mean it isn't true. The very system that provides you with information
also gains from what you learn and believe.
The people who lend you money for school gain from your education. While there may be a handful of good teachers,
there is no longer any real systemic altruism in the public education system as
a whole.
Consider for a second the fact that the government makes you
pay for a "free" school system for every kid; even if you don't have
kids. It gives loans to anyone who wants
one without qualifying and there are colleges everywhere. Now, the growing trend is to forgive most of
those loans. Why do they make it so
easy? Is it possible that they want you (need
you) to have the information they've prepared so badly that they are willing to
do whatever it takes to see that you get it?
Is it really because they want you to be happy or because they want you
to earn more money so they can collect more taxes? How about both!
The truth is that everyone doesn't need a college degree to
make a great living and not everyone with an education has a great income. Why are so many people directed toward
psychology and feeling-oriented fields like social work? (Full disclosure I
have a SW degree too.) Is it possible
that they funnel people into these fields because being in touch with your
emotional side feeds their emotion-based ideological agendas? Are emotion-centered citizens more easily
manipulated?
A true student-centered educational system would teach you
vocational skills without requiring the arts and humanities courses. Guess why they're required. The government expresses concerns that not
everyone is able to get an education even though information has never been
more free or accessible.
Economies are fueled by production, not by ideology or intellectualization. Anyone can draw a picture of a million
dollars or of a large building but not everyone can make it real. Is it possible that we've trained too many
people to feel and not enough people to "do?" Is it possible Rand and Orwell were right
about the problems of power? Who made
all this access to education possible and why was it really so important? MIND CONTROL???
