THEY MUST BE STOPPED

The Judicatory is only 1/3 of the 3 equal branches of government that the Constitution says runs the National Government.  The Judiciary does not sit on the top to LORD over the other two; they are co-equal branches yet they, the judiciary, seem convinced by unchecked power, that they actually do RULE OVER the other two.   (AND ALL OF US FOR THAT MATTER).   They believe that our choices do not matter if they "think" they are wiser.
We now live in the shambles of an unbalanced republic where the federal government structure has been perverted by selfish self-serving ideologues.  This behavior on the part of the Judiciary, is the very reason our Constitution (in the second amendment) allows us to bear arms: To protect ourselves from unchecked power grabs that would subvert the will of the people.

 
There is absolutely nothing in our Constitution that allows these judges to write policy or to interfere with policy without real (not circumstantial) evidence;. There "job" is to use only real evidence to give verdicts based on events. Their job under the Constitution is not preemptive, it is reactive, yet here they are saying what they are concerned "could" happen with no actual evidence. 

Individual judges do not have the power to strike down (subvert) the Presidential power prescribed to the President in the Constitution. The Judiciary is now making laws (the job of the executive and legislative branches) based on their conjecture of the President's personality and not on actual cases or even real life events. There interference with a Presidential order is sedition. 

This is how a shadow government form and operate. They are a small group of people who actually believe that they are the ones running this country; they believe that they GET to decide our fate; that they are some how protecting the stupid electorate from themselves. 

Either they are stopped or we settle for the fact that we are no longer a republic run by elected officials but are instead a Fascist State run by a group of "people" operating only from their own personal ideology; based on how they, as a very small group, think an entire country should be managed. (This is the ideological CONTAGION I write about in the book) Their behaviors are treasonous to "we the people" who decided who will be running OUR country and which direction it should proceed in. They are trying to ignore the election and its consequences.

(I have a caution for those on the left. Many of the people who voted for TRUMP knew that we MUST decide who picks the next Supreme court judges for this reason. It's a poem not immigration policy. I'm calling BS!

It's a poem not immigration policy. I'm calling BS.  

Prove you deserve to live here; that you can contribute to our uniqueness and standing in the world.  Become an American or stay a foreigner.   

Amazing how inaccurate some people's awareness of history really is. Accidental?  I think not!  How many Americans think that this poem somehow structures our perspective on who we welcome into our country.

Is the poem on the Statue of Liberty immigration policy?  A,,,,,, NO!   A basis for our immigration policy?  A,,,,,, NO!   

Written by a woman with a deep understanding of our country, a politician or government official?  A,,,,,, NO!   

A well know figure across the country, a political thinking? A,,,,,, NO!   

A philosopher?  A,,,,,, NO! 

It is only a poem written by one person and installed years after the statue's dedication and her death.  Most people still don't know her name.  The writer had no educational foundation in either liberty or law; only literature and poetry.  Before I give you the poem here is some context.  

The poem's inscription and placement actually occurred years after the dedication of the statue that occurred on October 28, 1886.  The poem wasn't there when the LOCAL (only) government put the statue in place.  The poem was added later by a civic group of New Yorkers who were organized to maintain the monument. 

PLEASE REMEMBER THE STATUE ITSELF WAS GIVEN TO US FROM THE SAME PEOPLE WHO WOULD LATER OPEN THEIR ARMS TO THE NAZIS.  THE FREAKING FRENCH COWARDS.  THE SAME PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY OCCUPIED BY OTHERS OVER THE COURSE OF "REAL HISTORY."  THEY ARE FAMOUS FOR WELCOMING IN THE WRONG PEOPLE.  JUST LOOK AT THEM NOW!

The New Colossus" as it is called, is a sonnet written by the American poet Emma Lazarus who lived form 1849–1887.  Her estate "donated" the poem in 1903 to raise money, (Not sure how it raised money) the poem was engraved on a bronze plaque and mounted inside the pedestal's lower level nearly 15 years after the statue was placed.

The original colossi (notice the plural form) were the larger-than-life statues made by the Greeks and Romans. The most famous of these was the Colossus of Rhodes, a statue of the sun god Helios built on the Greek island of Rhodes around 280 B.C. that was over 100 feet tall and took more than 12 years to build.

Here is the full POEM (Some of it is fairly incomprehensible and even nonsensical to the modern thinker.  It has no basis in political or govern-mental theory.)  

Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,
With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
MOTHER OF EXILES. From her beacon-hand

"Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she

Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

What a bunch of progressive who-y! Are you kidding me?  Mother of exiles ?  Criminals? "The wretched refuse of your teeming shore." Yeah! Great!  We'll be your human dumpster!

I love the delusional nature of her speaking for a woman (a statue) with silent lips.  Only a liberal would be so presumptuous.  Only one of the "New York elite" would be so arrogant to think she speaks for a nation. Only a group of elitists would be so bold as to suggest this was the view of America only several decades after the civil war.

The next time you hear someone use that line "give me your huddled masses"

Libtarded; 2 Faces, 4 Eyes, still can't see what is right in front of them.

Hypocrisy in plain site is ugly and a little pathetic.  

Willful ignorance in the dark is just plain sad.

 

It's kind of funny that the progressive elite, the people with 2 faces and 4 eyes, can't see what is right in front of them.  I can't say that I am shocked that the entitlement crowd can't take personal responsibility that they have failed their own party and the American people by not presenting a valuable alternative for president. 

What you will never hear them say is "WE FAILED."  "We deserved to lose.  We were the cheaters and were not the cheated; that we lost fair and square.  They will never admit that half of their old base dumped them flat out!  That they lost because they couldn't round up enough new identity voters to help them.  First is was Obama 2008; blacks get out and vote. Then it was Obama 2012 Gays get out and vote.  Then it was Killary 2016; oppressed women and hated Hispanics get out and vote.  

They never stopped to realize that Blacks, Gays, Women and Hispanics might actually want something more than an icon as proof of progress.  That these groups are not an identity block to be pimped out for their selfish ends but that they are in fact already respected, real people with real needs; that these "groups" are actually REGULAR people, individuals just like everyone else- ALREADY.   

It's just another pathetic proof that the progressive left can't MOVE-ON and that they will never learn from their mistakes.  This is the problem at the route of socialism and the progressive left; WE NEVER LEARN FROM THE MISTAKES OF THE PAST THAT SOCIALISM DOESN'T WORK; THAT AMERICANS DON'T WANT SOCIALISM: that socialism has failed every time it has been tried; miserably.  

Instead they actually prefer to double down on stupid and failed.   

Before the election they all loved and hung out with Trump every chance they got, for years and years, at least before he ran for president on the WRONG side.  Most know that Trump was a Democrat.  What they fail to see is that he came to his senses as a business man in progressive America that they had no efficacious polices for success.

They all sucked up and popularized him at every turn. Then we he announced, they started painting him with caricatures that were more like themselves then anyone one else.  They called him the hater with such hate that they were blinded by their own hate.  They can't see, even with two faces and four eyes that he is quite forgiving of those that went against him.  That he is less of a hater.  They can't see that they are the real Bastions of hate and intolerance in America.  They can't see that they have created the division in this country with their use of identity politics. They can't see that they have polarized this nation with their intolerance of anyone and everyone who sees the world differently than they do.

They have dug a hole so deep that now that they can't admit they failed.  Instead of admitting that they are the reason they really lost they look to Russia. This is the inability to accept personal responsibility on full display, yet they still can't see it.
The truth is they ran too many failed candidates without any real policies; only identities.  They can't see that they have used up identity politics and that it will no longer work in America.  That the American people beat them and their media with their own social media. They have specialized themselves right out of business.  That is the definition of LIBTARDED

They can't see that identity politics as a policy will no longer work with an informed electorate; all they can do is go after Trump's identity because that is all their party has and that is all they know.   

After they elected a guy racially (because he's was black and with no experience) and after they ran another person using sexism because she had a Vagina, all they have is WHO we are, and not WHAT we stand for (regarding policy).   

DEMOCRAT is the new definition of racism, sexism, division, intolerance and hatred.

ENABLING THE REST OF THE WORLD IN NOT A SOLUTION: Illegals, Refugees and Hatred are all signs the planet is over populated.

As a Maslovian therapist I believe that every one has a motive for everything they do.  There has to be a gain or benefit received from a behavior or people don't act.  Everything we do has a purpose: we don't have to be conscious of that purpose but none the less there is a reason for our behavior/s.  More often than not, when the act seems negative (or out of desperation) it is because people are acting out of fear; usually out of a fear for survival.  Immigrants, refugees and the leaders of Mexico are no different.   Why is that our problem?

When I worked in the addiction field in the 80's we used to have saying; There is no such thing as a geographical cure for your problems.  Everywhere you go you take you with you.   You need to fix the root of the problem.  

South America can't handle it population so it moves to Mexico, Mexico can't handle the problem so it moves to the US and Canada.  The Middle East can't handle it's problems so it moves to Europe and Europe can't handle that problem so it whines to the US to take on more refugees.  

WE NEED TO ADDRESS THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM
 I think it is important that at this point I give you some reference regarding how I see the real problem.  If you haven't figured it out yet.

It's REAL SIMPLE!!!!  
There are too many people on this planet but abortion is not the answer.  One country can't tell another country how to reduce their births other than to provide education, money for abortion programs and birth control.  The problem with that approach is that, in doing so you are actually committing a form of Eugenics (Selective breeding.)  The US should not be involved in ANYTHING even close to that.  BUT we have to accept the reality that enabling other countries who don't address their own problems only makes those problems worse; like giving money to an addict.

An idol of Hitler and the founder of planned parenthood Margaret Sanger was the leading authority of the Eugenics movement in the early 20th century.  Her first choice was "sterilization of the weaker races and sub-par breeds" she resorted to abortion later believing that the GOOD/VALUABLE PEOPLE would never use it.  She was not just focused on race. She also believed that the poor, the mentally ill and the disabled should be sterilized or aborted.

The point here is that over population in other countries is not our problem unless we continue to enable them; other parts of the planet are not our problem and really, none of our business.  

Other countries need to control they emissions of human being as much as they need to control their industrial emissions.  If a country can't feed it's people it needs less people. If a family can't feed its children it needs less children.  If a society can't look after itself then that society needs to manage their society; NOT US.

If you are worried about jobs and food and green house gases then reduce the population of the planet.  A population that has grown from about 5.7 billion in the late 90's to 7.5 billion now.  That is a 31% increase in just 30 years or a percent a year.  But these numbers are increasing exponentially. 

The Middle East, Africa and South America are blowing up and they can't handle their own growth.  (Asia seems to have addressed this but since the one child policies have ended they are also struggling again with pollution. ) In fact Muslims have religious leaders telling them that when the population of Muslims gets large enough that the goal of a Muslim Only world can be achieved.  They recommend at least 6 children per family.  This is one reason why multiple wives are allowed; in order to expand population.  This is also a reason why other religions in the past made contraception a sin. 

 So "too many people" is the root of the problem.  Enabling the rest of the world is not a solution for the US anymore than it is a solution for the addicted.

To Mexico

Mexico has a lot of jobs compared to much of South America. Many people in South (not Central) America try to go to Mexico to attain employment.  Mexico does not allow people to migrate there for work.  PERIOD.  In fact you have to sustain yourself financially to move there. You must prove you can live on your own money from outside of Mexico.  Their immigration law says "you can not place a financial burden on the state" meaning take away a Mexican job or even take money from the economy; you must bring some in with you.   People think they can easily migrate to Mexico but YOU can't unless you are RICH!

When America builds a wall Mexico will have to build and pay for an even better wall on their own southern border to protect their country; until now they just literally passed the buck on to US by actually encouraging (through threat of imprisonment) that non citizens migrate to the US.  This is why they don't stop people from leaving; especially criminals who may already be on the run in Mexico.   
WE MUST STOP ENABLING THE REST OF THE WORLD

If these countries keep growing out of control and we keep taking on the burden of others who refuse to address the problem we will become sick and overburdened.  It is already happening; resources are being stretched too thin.  
THEIR PROBLEMS HAVE STRESSED US TO THE POINT OF NOT GETTING ALONG WITH EACH OTHER. 

ENABLING HELPS NO ONE!!!  EVER!!!

As United States borders became weaker in recent years, the southernmost Mexican border has become more fortified than our own border along Mexico. In fact, border enforcement along the southern portion of Mexico is so much stronger than ours that Mexico is now beating the U.S. at deporting illegal border crosser-s.

Mexico deported 92,889 Central American individuals (border crosses they caught) between October 2014 and April 2015. That is the number of “other than Mexican” illegals that Mexico sent back to their homelands (this is only those caught not the ones that made it in then were caught). The U.S. only detained 70,226 “other than Mexican” illegals trying to get across our borders. These numbers are a stark contrast to the year before. From October 2013 to April 2014, the U.S. detained 159,103 “other than Mexican” individuals, while Mexico only detained 49,893 Central American illegals.

The big switch came about because the U.S. asked Mexico to be actively involved in stopping unaccompanied minors from Central America from coming illegally into the U.S. (dreamers) Out of that request came a new Mexican task force. Mexico’s New Southern Border program is working well in several major ways. It sent 5,000 federal police to its southernmost border and checked borders at the highways coming into Mexico from Central America

Why has the Mexican government been more successful than the U.S. at deporting in the first place?  Mexico has had more success at deportation due in part to its very stringent immigration laws. In fact, Mexico considers entering the country illegally a felony. The idea of languishing in a Mexican prison is enough to convince most illegals to avoid being caught there. In fact, most Central American people trying to flee their homeland are not looking to stay in Mexico. They are just trying to pass through to the United States.

(BUT THEY DON"T WAS US DOING THE FOLLOWING) Mexico also has greater success at deportation than the U.S. due to how fast the turnover is for illegal persons in their country. The process for anyone caught crossing the border into Mexico is rather speedy and with no lengthy red tape. People are held long enough to confirm their identity, and then they are promptly sent back to their country of origin. In the U.S., when a person is detained for crossing our borders illegally, he/she waits indefinitely for the proper paperwork to deport them; or, if one should claim asylum, it could take years for him or her to either be granted or denied asylum to the states. However, illegals are permitted to stay in the U.S. while they wait to be seen by an immigration judge.

In 2014, there were 449,000 pending asylum cases in the U.S.. Mexico had 1,525. Out of that number, Mexico granted 247. Mexico is pushing for the U.S. to loosen existing laws regarding Mexicans crossing the borders into our country. In the meantime, it apparently has no intentions of loosening their laws about illegal aliens crossing its borders.

...Let's use our critical thinking and consider how negative behaviors form from negative perspectives.  We are all familiar with the "power of positive thinking" yet few realize the possibilities of positive perspectives and how fanciful ideology has made us all, too negative.  While ideology can be a positive view of the future, ideology is almost always inherently negative. 

By suggesting how the world should be, you must first determine that it is currently flawed or under-performing.  Ideologues, especially progressive ideologues, always see the world as needing to be better than it is right now.  That's obviously negative.  This negative perspective is necessary in order to motivate and cultivate people to support issues emotionally.  This is done by focusing on the current possible failures at play.   

Ideology suggests that the world is not doing as well as it could be doing and that progress is moving too slowly (this is progressivism).  This way of viewing the world is not critical thinking per say; it is judgmental thinking with an ulterior motive that is extremely manipulative and always agenda driven.  It becomes really unproductive when the desired state of things recommended is not attainable or realistic.  

For example: When I was a young adult in college I ended up becoming a "Democratic Socialist" mostly because that is what academia creates by teaching its one-sided view of the world.  Young minds go to school trusting that they will be given all of the information necessary to form an honest opinion but due to academia's liberally slanted hiring practices, this is impossible.  (We'll cover this more later.)  Academia is perhaps one of the largest echo chambers on Earth.  It indoctrinates people into socialism by teaching only pacifistic socialist ideology that demands the student contribute to the collective.  It does not discuss all the failures related to socialism. (Cult-ish)   

The ideology or the idea of socialism is great but the reality is that it just doesn't work.  It never has; technically it can't because eventually you run out of other people's money.  Creating an environment where people feel like they have to protect their money kills incentive, innovation and growth.  It kills the economy because big spenders stop spending.   

The public educational system only teaches the ideology of socialist perspectives and not the potentiality.  In a socialist setting the government becomes too powerful once it takes over the free market and it becomes so controlling that the only way to counter it is with the creation of huge unions that can peacefully rebel against the government's failings.  When the cost of everything goes up, the system collapses in on itself.  The end result is, socialism fails.  Personal freedom is eviscerated.

And this is why Progressives seem so lost and confused.  They haven't been taught how to think, they have been taught what to think.
